Locate26 offers free exhibition showcase and BOSSI CPD points in Melbourne

Locate26, held jointly with the 10th Digital Earth Summit at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre from 24 to 26 November 2026, has opened a free Exhibition Showcase registration category. It gives access to the exhibition from 3:00pm to 5:30pm on Tuesday 24 November, plus the GeoRabble meet-up from 5:45pm.

Organisers have also confirmed Board of Surveying and Spatial Information (BOSSI) continuing professional development points for individual delegates who attend sessions. Wednesday 25 November carries 8 Survey Practice points (including 3.25 Engineering). Thursday 26 November carries 8 Survey Practice points plus 0.5 Cadastral (including 2.5 Engineering). Codes are BOSSI27_E061 and BOSSI27_E062, and attendance certificates are available on request after the event.

Standard-rate paid registration closed on Monday 26 October, after which full rates apply.

Why it matters: Surveyors and geospatial professionals can claim CPD credit and view the exhibition at no cost before committing to the full conference. The joint event brings Digital Earth Summit research together with Australasia's main geospatial trade gathering, with international relevance.
