Nigerian surveying and real estate firm Geofort Africa reports first-year figures

Geofort Africa, a Nigerian company combining land surveying, geospatial data, real estate and property advisory, marked its first anniversary after starting operations on 2 October 2025. It reports 20-plus landowner clients, more than 75 surveyed properties, and over 1,500 young people reached by its education and mentorship programmes in real estate, surveying and property investment.

To mark the milestone, it held Geofort Escape 1.0 in Abeokuta, Ogun State, on 1 October 2026. Clients and partners visited its PRASINO Lush development and the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library.

For its second year, the company plans to broaden its real estate and geospatial services and strengthen advisory work. Its Geofort Spatial arm offers surveying, mapping and drone data capture.

Why it matters: The figures show how small Nigerian surveying firms are pairing verified boundary data with property sales and youth training. Survey-backed land verification addresses title and boundary risk in a market where buyers often struggle to confirm what they are purchasing.
