CHCNAV to show GNSS, LiDAR, UAV and hydrographic kit at Locate26 in Melbourne
CHC Navigation (CHCNAV) will exhibit at Locate26, held 24–26 November 2026 at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre, on Booth 21a. The company plans to show equipment spanning surveying, 3D capture, aerial mapping and hydrography.
Items include the ViLi i100 visual-LiDAR GNSS RTK receiver, which can hold roughly 5 cm accuracy within 20 metres after GNSS signal loss under specified conditions, and the i83 and i76 receivers, both supporting 12d Field. Handheld scanners RS7 and RS10, the X500 UAV (payloads up to 5 kg, flights up to 58 minutes), the AU20 mobile mapping system, C4800 and C7200 panoramic cameras and the APACHE 4 Pro unmanned surface vessel for bathymetry and current measurement are also listed. Visitors can enter a draw for AUD 6,000 in product coupons.
Why it matters: The line-up shows how survey vendors are bundling GNSS, LiDAR, UAV and unmanned-vessel tools into single field-to-office workflows. Practitioners comparing equipment for obstructed-site positioning or bathymetric work can use it as a product reference.
